Welcome to my real estate website.
Please allow me to properly introduce myself. My name is Macho Liberti (yes, that’s really my name). I was born in Ohio, grew up in Indiana and have lived in the Tampa Bay area for the last 25 years. Of those years, North Pinellas County has been where my family and I have called home. Having traveled to many other parts of Florida, I have to say the Tampa Bay area is a great choice to work, play and live.
Prior to getting into the real estate business, I had the honor and privilege of serving the public as a Firefighter/EMT for fourteen and a half years. In October of 2017, my career came to an end due to a work-related injury I sustained after a commercial fire in June of 2016. I will always cherish my time as a first responder and being a part of a special family Brotherhood.
Another passion of mine is charity work. Over the years, I have helped many various organizations and causes such as: Muscular Dystrophy Association; Suncoast Affiliate of Race for the Cure; Guardians of the Ribbon: Pink Heals Tour; Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS; St. Baldrick’s and One-In-A-Million Woman’s Charity. In 2010, I coordinated, with the help of many others, the largest Race for the Cure community team with 267 members raising over $16,000. Another proud accomplishment of mine was a benefit for two of my fellow firefighters who were diagnosed with cancer. Through my firefighters’ association and the help of the firefighter brotherhood, I organized a kickball tournament which brought together firefighters, police and citizens raising just over $10,000.
In my spare time, I had the pleasure of being the head coach of the boys’ basketball team at Palm Harbor Middle School for seven seasons. Annually, we hosted a charity exhibition game between my team and the Palm Harbor & Oldsmar Firefighters. Over the seven years, the game has raised nearly $20,000. The monies were split between several charities and the boys’ and girls’ basketball teams to pay for the team’s uniforms, warm-ups, equipment and the team’s awards banquet.
I consider myself very fortunate to have had so many opportunities to help so many people over the years through my career, coaching and charity work.
Now, embarking on this new career, my focus is still to help people.
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will make in your lifetime. Selling a home can be one of the most stressful times in your life. All in all, moving your household is never typically a “fun” experience.
I would love to have the opportunity to help you through the process. With me, you will truly get someone who genuinely cares about more than just the next commission and/or listing. You will have a strong advocate working for you.
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio and I hope to hear from you soon.
Take care and be safe,
Macho Liberti – Licensed Realtor
