Another way we can help is our Home-savers program is funded through our Heroes Housing Foundation and assists Heroes and their families who are struggling with their mortgage due to disability or death to help bridge the gap with their mortgage during their crisis by making your 1st mortgage payment. Our services are FREE to our Heroes as a non-profit organization. Our Executive Director is a Nationally Certified Foreclosure Document Examiner who has worked as an Expert Witness in Foreclosure Prevention Cases.
Frank Koulianos is a Pinellas County native and a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety Administration from St. Petersburg College, Frank attended a graduate program at Arizona State University with a focus on Emergency Management.
While he’s not working on Real Estate deals, Frank loves spending time with his three daughters who are his absolute pride and joy. Frank is also an active member of Gulf Beach Lodge No.291 of Free and Accepted Masons in Madeira Beach, FL.
With over a decade of service as a former first responder himself, Frank knows the personal sacrifice that our heroes make and he greatly values the importance of honoring anyone who selflessly serves their community.
