Another way we can help is our Home-savers program is funded through our Heroes Housing Foundation and assists Heroes and their families who are struggling with their mortgage due to disability or death to help bridge the gap with their mortgage during their crisis by making your 1st mortgage payment. Our services are FREE to our Heroes as a non-profit organization. Our Executive Director is a Nationally Certified Foreclosure Document Examiner who has worked as an Expert Witness in Foreclosure Prevention Cases.

Born and raised in Tampa, FL. Graduated from Tampa Catholic High School and then the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and a minor in International Relations. He commissioned in the Army ROTC program as an active-duty Infantry Officer. Bruce led his platoons through two combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan respectively and they received numerous awards for service.
Bruce left active duty in 2014 and transitioned into the reserves where he currently serves at MacDill AFB. He continues to live and work in the Tampa Bay area and servers his community as a part of Post 9/11 Veterans and Ye Krewe of Valor non-profit organizations with a veteran focused mission. His love for service and helping people led him to become a real estate professional. Bruce joined Excel Realty of Florida in 2020 and has grown to be a valuable member of the team. His prior military service is respected and allows him to connect easily with his clients especially those in the Heroes Housing Program.
Bruce is married to his beautiful wife Kelsie Ramos and the two live in Odessa with their dogs, Debo and Sadie.
